Leslie Johansen Nack graduated UCLA with a BA in English literature. Her debut memoir Fourteen: A Daughter’s Memoir of Adventure, Sailing, and Survival, (She Writes Press, Oct 2015) won five indie book awards. She is currently writing the next memoir which continues her coming-of-age story. She has two children and lives in San Diego with her husband of twenty-seven years.
